Hazardous Substance Storage Cabinets (inc. Coshh and Acid) are manufactured to satisfy The Highly Flammable and
Liquefied Petroleum Gas Regulation 1972, where appropriate and The Health and Safety Executive Guide HSG51.
Manufactured using CR steel, material thickness on components range from 0.9mm to 1.5mm. Components are welded
together for strength and extra rigidity. Doors are constructed with a steel door stiffener and 3-point locking
Integral to the cabinet carcass is a leak-proof base sump.
Manufactured with a mastered lock, supplied with two keys. Cabinet stands available to raise cabinet off the
floor, supplied with adjustable feet.
Cabinets are supplied with a hardwearing galvanised finished adjustable shelf(s). The shelf should be
positioned only on the shelf clips supplied with unit. 90 Kg shelf load UDL (Uniformly Distributed Load)
Doors and carcass are applied with an iron phosphate application and then polyester powder coated for a durable
paint finish. Labelled with ‘Flammable’ and ‘Flammable Liquid’
Cabinets are not fire resistant.

There are no specific first aid measures attached to this product.
6. Storage and Handling
Store and use in dry and well ventilated areas away from heat sources, spark, or flame and direct sunlight.
Accidental spillages should be cleaned immediately with a non abrasive solution. Spillages within the sump
should be removed with a siphon pump or absorbent material.
