If your particular storage solution involves plenty of small parts storage, then it is also highly likely that you will be using tote pans of one description or another. Tote pans can be stored on standard shelving systems if there are only a few involved but for those who need a much larger volume, then the perfect way to store or house the pans is with a tote pan rack.

Standard Racking for the workplace and storeroom

Pans individually located on three or four wide shelves to any number of levels high at 200mm shelf centres.

The great thing about tote pans is that they stack really well which makes the racking really straight forward and are essentially just a framework to keep multiple pans in place.

High Density Tote Pan Racks

Stackable high density drawer units for the most space-saving storage method of steel or plastic tote pans.

  • Drawer guides and safety stops to retain pans when accessing contents
  • capacity - 500kg per rack

We supply standard racks, high density racks as well as cantilever racks which all have their various advantages, much depending on your own storage requirements. The most common sizes are racks that store 3 or 4 tote pan s across, whilst height can be determined by what your warehouse or storeroom can safely manage and also by what suitable warehouse equipment you might have to be able to reach the higher placed pans.

Cantilever Tote Pan Racks

Tilted racks for example are perhaps much easier to access, whereas high density racks are able to store many more pans.

For display and storage areas; three or four pans wide; 305mm; 455mm or 610mm deep.

Orders £100.00+VAT - £149.99+VAT occur a carriage charge of £15.00 + VAT

Orders £150.00+VAT  - £249.99+VAT  occur a carriage charge of £25.00 + VAT

Orders £250.00+VAT  - £349.99+VAT  occur a carriage charge of £35.00 + VAT

General Delivery Information

Delivery dates are estimates only and the company shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any delay in delivery. In particular we shall not be liable for any matter which results from any act of God, war or riot, extreme weather, strikes or any other events which are beyond our control.

The company reserves the right to deliver Goods by installments, each installment being treated as a separate contract.

Goods will be delivered at the point most convenient to our carrier, usually the goods inwards department or reception on the ground floor. Further transfer or installation within the purchasers premises, particularly for large or heavy items, must be arranged prior to delivery and will be charged extra.

Goods are delivered by courier and a signature is required  If nobody is available to sign for a delivery and we have to redeliver we reserve the right to invoice you for the additional delivery cost.

It is your responsibility to advise of any special delivery requirements at the time of order.

From time to time our shipping providers make an additional charge for delivery to some areas, for example

Delivery prices quoted are for most UK Mainland addresses. However From time to time our shipping providers make an additional charge for delivery to some areas, for example

 Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) may incur additional charges (e-mail us for a quotation) you may also experience delivery delays.

Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands, in these cases we reserve the right to pass that additional cost on to our customer.  We will make contact with you to obtain further payment to cover additional shipping costs, if you do not wish to make the additional payment a full refund will be offered and your order will be cancelled.

RETURN OF GOODS

In the unlikely event of you not being satisfied with any product, please contact us without delay.

Faulty Goods or Incorrect Item Received

Should the goods you receive be faulty or if we have delivered the wrong product you must inform us within 24 hours of receipt (or the next working day. 

Once we have received the goods a replacement will be dispatched to you.

Please contact prior to returning goods and we will issue you with a returns notice including the delivery address to return items to. 
Do not return any goods to our office address as delivery will be rejected.

Unwanted Goods

If you decide that you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us, in writing, within 7 working days of receipt.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Please contact prior to returning goods and we will issue you with a returns notice including the delivery address to return items to.
Do not return any goods to our office address as delivery will be rejected.

The goods must be returned in a completely resalable condition, in the original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories as supplied.  For furniture items that are supplied in flat pack form, we may not be able to accept return if the item has been assembled.

It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods.  Goods will be inspected before a refund is made.  If the goods suffer damage or neglect whilst in your care a claim may be made.

You must decide before ordering if the goods are suitable for your needs.

We cannot accept return of goods that have been made to your particular specifications or goods that are made to order, for example all cabinets and lockers, with the exception of next day delivery cabinets and lockers.

Returns may be subject to a handling/restocking charge up to but not exceeding 25% of the net price of the goods.
